Compete for Master Chef in Archaeology!

 

Chose your ingredients and revive forgotten tastes. Search for recipes in bibliography or internet. Any period and any dish are O.K. The best dishes will be presented at the European Researchers Night site (8 p.m., November 27, 2020).

Make a short video (up to 3 minutes). Use a camera or smartphone and imagination. Tell us from which era is the dish, its ingredients, how did you make it, and then eat it.
